We want you to get your Londonberry clothes as quickly as possible and make every effort to process your order within 1 business day. We don't process any orders during US holidays and weekends.
Get Free Shipping to USA and Canada
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) within the United States and Canada.
- Free Shipping for orders over $50 (excluding tax) within the United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5 via standard shipping.
- Free Shipping for orders over $100 (excluding tax) to Canada. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10 via standard shipping.
Flat Rate International Shipping
We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world. We charge $25 standard shipping to all orders outside USA and Canada.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties and fees as well as customs delays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
15-Day Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, simply request a return or exchange for the items you don't want within 15 days of receiving your order. Items shipped outside this period will not be accepted. Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returning your items to us. However, we'll gladly ship your exchanged item to you for free for US orders.
- Log in to your account and go to the "Completed Orders" page to initiate your return request
- If you want to exchange an item in your order, please enter the item information you want to exchange in the "Comments" field
- Once your return or exchange request is authorized, you'll receive an email with return instructions
- You can always check the status of your request by visiting the "Return Requests" page when you're logged in to your account
- You must ship your return within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and unwashed with original tags attached in original packaging and condition
- Contact us anytime if you have any questions
- You must include the original sales receipt or packing slip with any returned products. If you do not have your receipt, click on the image below to download the return form and include it in your shipment.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you purchased any of our products at a retail store, we cannot process your return. Please contact the retail store directly to process your return.
We highly recommend the use of a shipping service that provides package tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Customs duties and taxes are not refundable for international orders.
If your order had any discounts or coupons, the return amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Returning Gift Items
If you received your item as a gift, we can issue a refund in one of the following forms:
- Issue the refund as a store credit to you
- Issue the refund to the original purchaser
What if we made a mistake with your order?
Email us as soon as you receive your item. We'll be more than happy to correct the problem at no cost to you if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Return and Exchange Exclusions
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We can only process a return or exchange for purchases made from our website. If you purchased any of our products at a retail store, we cannot process your return. Please contact the retail store directly to process your return.
We collect sales tax on items delivered to California. However, you might be required to pay any applicable sales or use tax if you live outside California. Please check with your own state to determine if you have to file any sales or use tax returns for any of your purchases made on our website.
